My name is Jackson Russell and I started Prestige VIP Limousine & Boating Service in 1998. After moving back to The Bahamas realizing I couldn’t get a good paying flying job any longer, I started a car wash service that wasn’t profitable. After seeing that there was no hope for the car wash business I sat back one day and looked at my dad who’s a taxi driver and realized how well he was doing for himself for a man who couldn’t read nor write. My dad was my inspiration of going into the transportation service realizing all he has accomplished even though he was illiterate. Furthermore, I was raised in the straw market which gave me the urge to love dealing with people. Ever since, I have just been building clientele on top of clientele within the transportation business.
